Richard Park is an experienced CEO, adviser and strategic partner to single family offices, multi family offices, global law firms and professional services organisations. For more than 25 years he has supported leaders, founders, principals and partnership groups on key growth strategies, including partner hires, team acquisitions, M&A activity and succession planning for families, their advisers and professional service firms.
His career spans senior leadership roles across multiple sectors, including professional services, human capital, family office advisory and private enterprise. Richard has worked extensively across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia, giving him a deep understanding of global families, cross-border operations and culturally diverse decision-making environments. This international experience underpins his ability to advise families whose lives, relationships and assets operate across multiple jurisdictions.
Before co-founding Charles Park Family Office, Richard served as CEO in several organisations, leading strategic transformation, business development, international growth and leadership succession. His work included advising major law firms and advisory practices on refining strategy, strengthening governance, improving partner engagement and developing high-performing leadership teams. He is recognised for bringing clarity to complex situations and for uniting stakeholders around shared priorities.
As CEO of Charles Park Family Office, Richard supports families and their advisers on all aspects of family office team development. This includes helping new family offices build their initial teams, as well as advising some of the largest and most established family offices in the world on growth, recruitment and succession planning. He assists principals and family office executives in navigating complex challenges and jurisdictions, drawing on long-standing professional relationships across each of the Charles Park pillars. His counsel is grounded in the belief that effective leadership is built on trust, communication and clear purpose.
Richard maintains a global network that includes professional service firms, private offices, international charities, foundations and major family enterprises. He has developed a particular interest in technology and STEM sectors, working closely with technology entrepreneurs and families who have created their wealth in these fields.
Alongside his role at Charles Park, Richard is a trustee of Gemini Untwined, a strategic adviser to the International Fraud Group and Director of Development at the Cambridge International Symposium on Economic Crime. He also continues to hold leadership roles in executive search and legal technology.
Richard lives in Surrey and divides his time between advising clients, leading the growth of Charles Park Family Office and supporting the development of future leaders within the firm.
